Auctioneers note: We are honored to have been asked to conduct this auction for Ron and Marilyn Henderson. Ron was an avid collector and had this retail business of buying and selling new and used items in Hudson for several years. These buildings are full and there will be something for everyone. Buildings will be sold first at 11:00 A.M. with personal property sold immediately after. This will be a large auction. We will possibly be running 2 rings for part of the day.


Legal Description: The S 30’ of the N 55’ of Lots 1, 2 & 3 and the N 55’ of Lot 4 except 16 x 24’ and the E 11’ of the N 55’ of Lot 5, Lot 28-Hudson Lincoln County, South Dakota-subject to easements and restrictions of record.

Taxes on Property #1: According to the Lincoln County Assessor the current Real Estate taxes are $447.32 per year. Taxes will be prorated to the day of closing.
