We will sell at public auction the following real estate at the Tract 1 land site located from the Beresford, SD I-29 exit, 6 ½ miles west on SD Hwy 46, 2 ½ miles south on 464th Ave to the land site.

TERMS: 10% nonrefundable down payment day of sale with the balance due at closing on or before November 19, 2012. Title insurance and closing costs split 50/50 between buyer and seller. 2012 taxes due in 2013 to be paid by the seller. On Tract 4 the new owner will not receive the 2012 CRP payment but will receive CRP payments for 2013 and thereafter. The new owners will be obligated to comply with all terms and conditions of the existing CRP contract.
