This building has a full pit under the entire building which was constructed in approx. 1997. This building was originally a full slat building and was modified to partial slat building with 75% solid and 25% slat and there are access doors for a utility tractor in the North side of the building for cleanout. These two buildings are connected by a hallway which also connects to the office area/bathroom and shower area. This property also has a Hotsey power washer which is located in the hallway which connects the two buildings and services both buildings. This site also has a 250kw on site backup diesel generator. This site also has 2 older 24 x 60 hog finishers on the property which were built in 1997 and are currently not in use however can hold approx. 360 head. These buildings have a full pit and also 1 bulk bin for feed supply. This property has 4—1,000 gallon propane tanks and 1—500 gallon propane tank. The water for this property is supplied via an approx. 160ft deep well which recently had a new 5HP 35GPM pump with a 2” check valve installed in June of 2021. This property also has Southern Sioux rural water as backup for the well. The elec for the property is serviced by NW REC.
