Lease Terms:

1. Lease shall be for a period of 3 years to commence on March 30, 2020 and end on March 1, 2023.

2. Farmland shall be grid sampled by landowner prior to the 2020 crop year in 4.4 acre grids and after the harvest of the final crop year(2022) the tenant shall be required to grid sample the farmland to ensure soil fertility has been maintained. 

3. Tenant shall not be allowed to remove any cornstalks or bean stubble from the property

 4. Rent wilbe due on March 30 for the 2020 crop year and on March 1 each following crop year.

 5. Tenant will have the first option at lease renewal after 3 years however renewal is not guaranteed.

6. Tenant will be responsible for controlling all noxious weeds on the property.

 7. Rent will be based on a per tillable acre basis.

8. The landlord reserves all hunting rights on and to the property.
