Taxes: The current Real Estate Taxes according to the Sioux County Treasurer are $3,612.00 per year for tract 1 and $2,318.00 per year for Tract 2 and $5,708.00 per year for Tract 3. The seller will pay the 2016 taxes which are due and payable in March and Sept of 2017.

Possession: Possession of the farmland will be March 1, 2017.
